 One way to deal with this is that during intercourse slow down when you are about to ejaculate, then wait til the feeling goes and continue like normal. This will hopefully allow her to cum and you to continue.
Viagra can come in useful as it will allow to continue intercourse long after you have ejaculated.
Another method that works when done properly is, when you are close to ejaculation pinch the bottom of your penis just before the testicales. This stops the flow of sperm and will allow you to carry on with intercourse.
