reader, anonymous, writes (21 December 2009): Bluntly, if you two have sex, it's considered rape, because you aren't old enough to consent in the eyes of the law. However, if your families and friends are ok with it, you two like each other, and you don't get intimate, you won't get in trouble. Just set some boundaries and enjoy hanging out together.
