I really like one of my best friends and she has an idea that I do. I want to tell her but If I tell her and she reacts badly then our good friendship will probably be over. Please Help!

No honey, if you are good friends telling her that you like her won't affect that friendship...

I was in your situation a few years ago, my best friend was a guy too. He told me that he liked me, I was a bit surprised but we talked, said we'd try dating and if it felt weird or uncomfortable for either of us we would go back to being friends. Well we tried the dating thing and we didn't like it so we went back to friends and it never affected us in any way thankfully... We are still friends now and thats nearly 12-13 years on.

Just tell her how you feel, but also tell her you don't want to lose the friendship you have either.

If you know and she knows , then there is no need to tell it out .
