 Depends. If he's the cheating type, he may be hedging his bets, seeing if he can set something up on the side.
If he's not, maybe he just likes hanging out with you? Every single interaction a guy has with chicks doesn't have to be about sex, even at your age. It's not like walking to class or saying hi is a ton of effort.
