writes:I have not had a boyfriend yet, I am 16 and I went out with someone because I felt sorry for him, I had one bad experence with a guy that was older then me when I was 12 and I haven't gone out with anyone since. I want that whole boyfriend girlfriend thing but it feels that it's never going to happen for me.I lost my virginty last year on a one night stand but I have never felt the same. I pretend to my friends, that I like the guys that they like but I have no feeling wat so ever. Somehow I think I feel what's the point in going after a guy that I am never going to get. Is there something wrong with me please help !!

You are a little depressed at the mo, You mentioned a few bad experiences from the past and that if not dealt with can affect your future relationships, Im sending you a link well two one for self esteem and one for self help for depression and I think hunny you should see your doc to talk about these past issues and get them sorted and you will then be able to move on.

There's nothing wrong with you, your a teenager, its normal.I bet all your friends have boyfriends or are so confident in themselves they no they'll have 1 soon, am i right?Ever heard of things happen for a reason? you may not be a believer in that, but i am sort of if you understand lolI would say to you, dont go looking for love, you'll always loose. wait till love finds you, it'll hit you hard and you'll not no what to do, but when its your turn for love it will happen.  You are just in a state of sadness.You don't need some guy to complete you stay happy with your friends and people who love you.
