I really like my friend at school even though we have changed classes. Should I make a move?

hey i like this guy since last year, when we were in the same class, as he sat nest to me in class started knowing him, and started liking him..but this year we are in different classes...sometimes he shows intrest in me but then other times he acts like he doesn't see me...so asked my cousin for advice she said, as he has a couple of times said hi first that i should say hi first so i did twice..and he has never said hi...i really like him!! what can i do to get him intrested in me and make a move?? should i wait or do i make a move, as i am in a town where it is wrong for a girl to make the first move?

plzz help me with thiss, thx

Laura1318 agony auntIf he is not going to move, you will have to move. Whether that is a hick town or not, there is no harm if you move first. Engaged him in conversations and you can ask questions about his interest ,hobbies or outlooks on may current issues.
