Don't even try to get her by herself. Walk up to her when she is with her friends, put your arm around her shoulder and twirl her away, and tell her you need to talk for a moment. Approach is performance art, and the girls she is with will judge you on your confidence, style, and savvy. Pull it off and you can get your in - get her number, etc., or tell her you have something special for Friday night. After that, TELL her when you'll see her next, and make a graceful, unhurried exit. Go for it!
