 Hi thereA difficult scenario you have placed there. Well, who you love is the key factor, just because someone might, you don't have to love them out of guilt or whatever the reason may be. If you love this boy and he likes you too, I'd say test it, tell him all you feel for him and that you want to be with him, if he declines i'd say move on to his best friend. Your lucky that you have your youth and two boys that like you, take that to your advantage.Hope I've HelpedViper
