I like him but his english is poor, what do I do??

I am 22 and i have in medical school. There is this guy that likes me but i did not take him seriously at first cos i thot he was not a serious fellow. Now getting to know him i think he is ok. THe only problem is that his English is poor and i don't know if i can cope although he is making efforts to improve. I think i like him. What do i do.
