writes:i nee serious help! theres something terribly wrong with me! whenever my girlfriend gets upset (it can be other people too), i cant seem to control what i say or do. she'll want to leave the room or get off the phone and i wont let her. its not that i have control issues, i let her do almost whatever she wants (not being hurting herself, cheating, etc.). but i cant seem to control my actions and i get myself into trouble. i turn into a complete jerk and i dont know it. please, please help me. i dont know what to do. Have you in the past been rejected? As you seem to panic and let something take over you when in an uncontrolable situation love, This isnt nice and can be very upsetting to you and to others making the situation worse.
