writes:hi..im a red blooded male who loves sex alot! and im comfortable with who i am in bed. Here's the thing, most of the time i cant stop having premature ejaculation..its really annoying and im ashamed of it. Is there something wrong with me?? And the worst part is, after my first ejaculation(which is after, give or take, 10 seconds..) my penis wont be erect anymore.. any advise.. thanks!

 The male species are very much physical creatures, as opposed to women who are more emotional. Most men get aroused with the slightest sexual physical contact (visually as well) with the opposite sex, unlike most women who need to be satisfied mentally (getting in the mood) with loads of foreplay.
Having that in mind, one way to avoid premature ejaculation is to temporarily trick the mind in thinking you arent having sex by thinking and looking at something else. For example, when you feel you are about to ejaculate, you can start to slower the rate of penetration, and think about something else, say your car. Also, you should block the image of her nude body, perhaps by looking upwards or shutting your eyes temporarily (dont make it too obvious that you're trying to control it). This cuts out visual contact temporarily. With practice and time, you should be able to prolong your sexual experiences with your partner. Good luck.

 Your not the first and certainly won't be the last to go through this so don't be embarrassed. You've done the right thing asking for help as many men will ignore the problem and hope it goes away.
