I have insecurities. Are my feelings normal and how do I deal with them?

Hi,

I have been in a relationship for over 6 months we are very in love and very faithful to each other I have had a lot feelings of insecurity and doubt cropping over me these feelings overwhelm me and my mind makes me believe these things would happen egs: i would have to let her go for a better guy ,money,fate these things really bother me.

Are these things normal in relationships.

Yes, having these insecure feelings are normal especially as you are in love, it's a new relationship and you feel more vunerable...and are probably so scared of losing her.

I think you need to boost your confidence up a little! Say to yourself that she loves you too, you do deserve to be in love and you are worth of happiness...ask her for a bit of reassurance too...

When you these feelings come over you, say to yourself that you choose not to take anymore notice of them because you are allowed to be happy and be in love and that's ok....Let your conscious mind rule.
