 No this is not a sign, it is most likely only your period being early, however the best way to find out if you are pregnant is to go to the doctors or buy a home pregnancy test, if your not then why dont you try the ovulation test from clear blue, this will tell you when the best time to try and conseve by telling you when you are most fertile.
