If you are within the age of consent, I would suggest, it is nervousness and just a lack of confidence at this stage in your thoughts. It will happen, and naturally when you are with someone who you wish to be with in that way.
Try not to anylyse it too much. When the time is right, your familiar enough or loving enough to the next suitor, nature will take it's course.
Having previously only one partner is a good thing, nothing to feel inadequate about there. Your just choosy and have had a relationship which was right for you.
All of us go through different stages and experiances in regards to our sexual exploits. No one can tell us when or where it is right. You'll find that right time and space and it will flood back and seem like you never forgot at all what to do!
Go with the flow... Just be careful who you choose.
