 I think that depends on if shes a teddy kind of girl. Me2u bears can be really good here and they tend to suit all occasions. One possible idea might be to, if you have the capability, to find out what music she likes and make her a CD? It's sweet because it shows a personal touch but its something you could do for a friend. Failing that a CD or DVD that is in line with her tastes...again gifts you could get friends but its the personal touch, showing you want to please her that makes it sweet.
