 Find out what kind of stuff she likes and talk to her about that. Be brave, act confident. If you're feeling particularly confident after a bit, flirt with her and just casually ask for her number. Then you can text her. Just be yourself and see how it goes. I know it can be hard when you're shy and don't have much experience, but by just doing it, you help yourself get over your anxieties and it gets easier. Trust me.
