reader, anonymous, writes (30 November 2011): If you are circumcised you might need see a doctor. The fact is that many times the operation is botched and nerves are cut that reduce sensitivity to the glans penis.
If you are uncircumcised you might have a too tight foreskin or a foreskin that buried your glans.
Psychologically you might also have some mental block going on that prevents orgasm. It happens commonly with people who have been sexually abused, have had adults make them think of their genitals as "dirty", or who are trying to have sex with the wrong gender (in order to stay straight when their feelings are gay.)
