I have had the same pre-sex routine for the last 20 years though. I always bathe or shower before...which is fine, but it takes the element of surprise away...I have always wanted to have spontaneous sex...but I can't do it without a fresh washing. I am too paranoid. I am afraid of not being clean...i am the only one who feels that way?? Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions??

reader, anonymous, writes (20 June 2008): Use baby wipes. Have them beside your bed. You can give yourself a quick wipe down there so that you feel fresh and clean.
You could also be a little bit of an obsessive compulsive. Are you constantly cleaning your house? But I really don't know a lot about that... It just sounds similar to what a friend of mine used to do. He was quite extreme though.
