 You mean they don't have a lap dance for dummies book? Just kidding..I was thinking those stripper pole or stripper aerobics classes but you may have to be a certain age. However, you can go to youtube and search stripper aerobics to check out videos and note some of the moves. Really, there's nothing to it except for a little teasing and grinding on his johnson..tell him he can't touch you that will make it that more tantalizing. Good Luck!

 I don't know any instructional sites but I know that my gf picked up alot from porn. If you want to try that go to www.youporn.com or just punch in youporn in google and it will be the first one that comes up. Its a free site that you won't have to worry about viruses. Then just search for lapdances and striping and you should find enough to get a good idea about it.
