 Show him you have stopped partying and spend the weekend home with him watching movies like a boring married couple. :) Quit the partying and drinking he'll see an improvement.

Do you live together if not suggest that you move into together. You could also read bridal magazines and leave them laying around. Paryting less would help. Also leave hints maybee about friends or family members settling down. Daniele
