When you are feeling low it can be very tough to imagine feeling happy but that is what you need to do as a first step!

smile at yourself, put happy music on, get moving and dance about. think about times whe you were laughing so much it hurt and take a deep breath, look yourself in the eye and say, what the heck, its experience, its all life, i am me, alive and in control of how i think and feel.

and i feel happy.
