So I'll try to describe it ... When you see it in his eyes and when you two are romantically near, move your head a little bit closer, you can lean it a bit to the side, and see if he gets closer too. Move even closer then, until your lips touch. Do it gently, stay there for 2, 3 sec, then open your mouth a bit, for 0.2 inches let's say. Kiss him again with the lips slightly open, then gently put your tongue into his mouth, just a little at first. Don't drool around the lips. Breathe through your nose. Then touch his tongue, gently. Feel him. Istead of your hands or your eyes use your tongue to caress him and show him how much you like him. Feel the moment. Feel him. And enjoy. Things will seem natural by that time.
Yet, there is an important thing to add - WAIT till you really like someone and he likes you back. You wont be embarrassed with him and even if something weird happens during the first kiss, he will still like you and he will find it sweet and cute and you won't feel bad about yourself. If you kiss a wrong one the first time, you regret it later.
