writes: My boyfriend and I are dating since a yr and half almost. we have our ups and downs and we've come across a lot of big and small problems that most relationships have and then ultimately everything gets fine after the fight when we both realise that its us after all and we will work it out. Its not the love that is scarce but a slight understanding problem as we both are 20 yr olds with a lil ego problem. I love him a lot and im sure he loves me too. I just wanted to ask you guys if there are other ways in which i can show my boyfriend i love him very much. I am a perfectionist and sometimes its hard for me to stand even a small mistake , because i tend to assume my bf to be a prince charming who never does anything to hurt you. so ,some tips on how to work out small problems without letting them go to break up stage? and how can i show my bf i absolutely adore him. To stop arguements before they escalate try talking to your partner about the problem in a calm fashion explain what he did and why it annoyed you and let him justify what happened. But remember to stay calm you don't want him to feel like you're having ago at him. Also this would make him feel like he could tell you everything because your doing the same to him. And to show him you love him, TELL HIM! when you hug him kiss him and when youve stopped kissing keep your arms around him look him in the eyes and say those words girl. It will show you mean it :).
