You don't think of woman as people, you look at them and can only think of sex because your mind gets warped from all the junk you are putting into it and you feel like you are a slave to your own lusts. Soon even porn will be boring and you will need another line to cross to be exciting. Where will it end? Lust is like an appatite that is never quenched. The more you feed it the more it wants. It's our human nature. we are hell bent on self destructive tendancies. Don't be fooled you can never be completely free of your human nature. But you can learn to deal with it and keep it in check. You need to ask God for help. Its the whole Christian basis. The bible says we are sinful by nature and that we need to be born again of the Spirit of God to receive His nature. Im sure you have heard the term "Born Again". People think it's craziness, but in reality it's the teaching Christ taught(the book of John chapter 3)cause our nature is truely sinful, selfish and destructive. When you receive Christ in your life, He can help to impower you to not be controled by your flesh. Feed your spirit with good things, the things of God and your sinful appitite will deminish. It wont go away all together but you can keep it in check with Gods help. This is the whole reason Christ taught us to die to our own fleshly desires and to live for Him. In Him we can have life more abundantly. You don't have to be a slave to your lusts and sinfulness. There is hope in Christ. I suggest a Calvary Chapel or a good Bible teaching church. Watch out for cults or any church that tries to tell you what to do or forces you to give them money and treats you bad if you dont. Surrender your heart and be free from the control sin has on your life. Peace.

reader, anonymous, writes (19 May 2009): I have the same problem and I know its not that easy to stop. I have found that I can stop for a while but than one little thing, one thought, one semi naughty picture is seen or a past memory comes up and I can easily go back into viewing porn.
I have found that as soon as some small step towards porn comes up I have to stop it right than or I fall back into it. I have stopped and fallen into it time and time again but slowly I am doing better. I just can't give up. I might fall again but I will stand up and walk straight again. Each time I do better and eventually I will never look at porn again.
You who think looking at porn is easy to stop are wrong. Go ahead and stop if it really is that easy. You think your not hooked? Than stop for 2 months. I bet you can't. Its really additive
