Yes, moles are very, very common. Most of us have them. Like the other Aunts have stated, all moles have to be removed, surgically, under a doctors supervision. If you have concerns about being embarrassed, I suggest you talk to your Mom and have her support you emotionally through this process. Let her know how you truely feel about allowing a doctor to see these moles. Have her come with you to the doctor. Most women are a lot more comfortable with female doctors. She can even be in the examining room with you, but they will cover you with a sheet so she won't see anything. They should then refer you to a dermatologist. Would it be more comfortable to request a female doctor? Then ask for that. Let your Mom know, that is what you want. She will help you. And try to really, really understand, hun--doctors are trained to see all body parts of every shape, size and color. It's purely 'medical' to them and they see this everyday. Word of caution: Never, ever try anything to remove them on your own. All moles must be excised by a doctor, dear. You may feel nervous qabout having this done but that beats a future lifetime of being self-concious and unhappy with something you don't like. And especially, when these moles can be removed quite easily. Good luck, dear and be brave.

This is probably more common than you think...You need not be embarassed by your own body....it would be wise to have the moles looked at by your doctor, or a dermatologist could remove them for you, if you have health insurance most likely the procedure would be covered as the moles would be tested in a lab for cancer.

there arent any creams to make them go away. i have one mole too. and my mom says the only way is through laser surgery, freezing it until it falls off, or normal cutting it off at the doctors..

i too am scared about what boys think about it. i cant wear shorts because of mine. and i cant wear bathing suits because of it. you should probably atleast have them looked at by a doctor to see if they could be pre-cancerous and maybe then ask how do i get them removed.

there is nothing you can do by yourself but you need to see a doctor in case they are malignant. i know its embarrasing but its important.
