I think she's hot and need some advice on getting her phone number without it being creepy or anything. first time I saw her I was leaving the building going to lunch. She was doing laundry, i thought she was gorgeous. Then 10 mins later she walks into the restaurant I'm! I said Hey and she introduced herself. I figure its god trying to tell me something.Well, I just chatted her up a little bit in the elevator a few minutes ago. we talked for about 5 mins maybe?  Has she shown u any interest, a smile? Im assuming no ring, she lives alone no bf nothing? She introduced herself so thats a plus..If ur new to the building, area I would play the "I dont know where a great bar is around here, could u show me one". Now if u do know the area, then it wont work. Next time u see her in the restaurant and she's eating alone I would ask is someone sitting here and give her some company while she's eating. Unless she's studying or paperwork then she'll accept. Come across very lightly just chatty friendly..women dont like to be hit head on with the" can i get ur digits", we want to have some idea of who were going to be talking to...and if she doesnt give u her number first, ask "well i enjoyed our friendly chat, maybe we can have more of it another time, perhaps I could call u?" Got to come across as no pressure but it still says im interested and I want to know more about u. And if she says no, she either has a bf or a lot on her plate at the moment and doesnt have the time. Seriously, If u fed me that line I would most def give u a shot.

So cut out the awkward asking for her number and go straight to invite her out. Say sometime casual like: hey, I am going to have/see/visit/ a coffee/movie/concert, do you fancy coming along? Then say Nothing - wait for her reply. if she says no or makes an excuse, do not show any disappointment, just tell that the next time you are going to do/go somewhere, maybe she would like to hook up with you. wish her a great day and throw her a compliment...

Solidus is verified as being by the original poster of the question I think the next time I see her I may say something along the lines of "hey Ana, how's it going? I'm thinking about hitting up that Thai place sometime soon. You wanna go?" and from there, depending on how she responds, segue into getting her phone number to plan things out.
How does this sound to you guys?
