I think that gabberjackranch says it best when she said to "just ask." I've met many people from online before for friends and dating. The only way to meet is to be the one to ask and set up something. If your conversations are as well as they should be, I don't think it should be a problem. But please do be careful. Someone online you've never met before is a scary thought.
On approaching her, figure out what you want to do and which day and just ask her casually.
"What are you doing Friday?"
"Do you want to meet up for ______."
Like gabber said, if she says no, then oh well. It's better to know that you've tried and failed rather than not to have tried at all.
