U need to take your time. There's no rush. Let the right person find you. I know it's frusterating. I hadn't even made out w/ a guy until I was 16. Didn't lose my virginity until I was 21. Seriously. You shouldn't rush yourself. And don't be ashamed of not being as experienced. When the right person comes along, they'll understand.

dont worry about bein a virgin...lots of guys find that really sexy lol..and its perfectly fine that u havent had a bf yet..my best advice would be too start slow..and to hang with ur friends around guys..ask ur friends to help u out u kno..like to start a conversation with the one u like..and generally im out there and a lot of guys like that so i say break out of ur shy shell[even if its hard]
and talk to a whole bunch of people and u kno be more social[mainly with guys] but dont make it seem like ur sleeping with them or anything like that..im sure by looking up things on google about guys and stuff ull get the idea about how they think that way ull feel more confident about talking to them =]
