 Tell him that you just want him to open up to you. Be honest with him about how you feel and where you feel this relationship is going. To be honest though, Long distance relationships rarely work, there are issues like this which eventually become trust issues which then result in the end of a LDR.
Tell him first, if this relationship is going to work, you have to be completely honest with him and discuss this with him. You do not really know who he is but you want to. Ask him to let you.
