hi i just wanted to ask if the sperm drops out as soon as the partner pulls out, can i still get pregnant or does it prevent it

i think im a little bit over weight ! i have tried to loose weight several times i did diet and exercise ! but i have only lost half pound ! so i said to my self forget about it u cant loose weight !!!!!!!

we went to see the doctor everything was ok !

the doctor said i need some clomid to make the eggs more active ! i responded very well to that ! but still i cant get pregnant !

the doctor said that there is no reason at all for not getting pregnant !

but i want to get pregnant !

im tryig for one year now , but still no luck !

so i thought maybe the problem is when the semen dropps out , thats why im not getting pregnant ..
