writes: ive been dating this guy for a year and 1 month we were friends before and he asked me out over the phone after telling me he loved me knowing i was currently dating but i was suppose to break up with the other guys i didnt and i cheated on him he found out and i admitted i did not love him then but this was 7mths ago info that he found out and i dont speak to noone but him no contact with anyone whatsoever and he lived with me for 2 mths in which i got to know him better as well as us seeing eachother more talking on the phone 24/7 plans for engagement marriage etc im in love with him but he is still having a hard time forgiving me and he doesnt trust me even though he says if he cant be with me he wont be with anyone and that hes crazy in love with me but all this is making him miserable what should i do? reader, anonymous, writes (29 November 2006): Well, i think you two need a good chat. Lay it on the table just how you feel about him. Tell him it was wrong for you to cheat and it won't happen again. If he loves you as much as he says he should be able to forgive you. Give him some time and prove to him just how loyal you can be. Trust has to be built up and he probably feels very vunerable after the antics you have been up to.
