 Yes depends on how close you were to the others in the group, if you arent close to them , then yeah maybe keep your distance from them for a little bit then the guy will have someone else he gets into and you will be old news and maybe can join being friends with him again after that.

 You don't need to kiss off your whole group of friends. Just be attentive to events and goings-on where this guy will be and avoid them......

hi, I'll try to respond here although I'm not quite sure what you're asking here! Need more information, please. A group of friends confessed to you about what?And not sure here, but you mentioned that You have no interest in YOU? If that is correct, why are you putting yourself down so much not to have any interest in yourself? As far as you not wanting to go out on any outings with him & his friends, I can certainly understand that. Wish you well, but please give me some more info to go on .
