Technically speaking- no. When a recent (or even not so recent) ex asks you back out it doesn't automatically mean that he cares. It could mean that he cares- or it could mean that he doesn't want to lose control of you- or dosen't like being alone. I know guys where any of those 3 reasons are true.But, what you need to look at really is what is not listed here: why did you guys break up??
