As long as it doesn't always happen, forget about it.Something may have made you uncomfortable or distracted briefly, perhaps. If it happens regularly, try using some additional lube to take your mind off the possibility - you may find that by relaxing more it stops happening.

I can't explain that even as a student nurse - but i'd reccomend just seeing your doctor/ a nurse as it might just be a little something that a cream or some meds may clean up. I wouldn't worry unless it happens a lot. :)
