However when a man really likes you, no matter how outgoing they are, they can be real scared of rejection, so not approach you directly. You may only know if you start being more forward, or else go round in circles.
I mean flirt with him! Wear your best outfit, so you feel like a siren in your shocking pink ;) be coy, compliment him, show him he's appreciated, laugh at any bad jokes he says, n look him deep in the eyes, while giving him soft but meaningful touches every so often. Follow your gut.
