I married two of them, but didn't find out they weren't ideal for some time. The first one lasted for 19 mostly miserable years and we stayed together for the sake of the kids, the second for seven and she kept the dog. Divorce inevitably ensued.

stranger things have happened. I think people ease into a comfort zone sometimes. Plus I've met a couple women in my life that have redefined my "type", so there is always that.
