Did i make the wrong move?

A male United States age 30-35, *reenTea writes:

Why is she ignoring me?

I recently have fallen for a girl and she is very interested in me. We went up to a marching band retreat in the mountains and really got to know each other.

It's pretty obvious we both like each other in a more than friends way.

But after that she hasn't been wanting to talk or hang out with me. Even though she was telling all her friends and my friends that she wants to date me.

What gives?

I think I may have made a wrong move on one of the nights because I had my arm around her and she said that she was to tired for that kind of stuff.

Thanks in advance

A male reader, somewhat_anonymous United States +, writes (20 August 2007):

Maybe she likes you a lot and can't handle it. Maybe she's confused. Maybe you're moving too fast. Maybe she now realizes you don't have a lot in common. Maybe she is inexperienced in relationships and worried about screwing up.

See where I am going with this? It could be a large number of things and you're best bet is to ask her what is going on and see where you two stand.
