A female reader, anonymous, writes (25 August 2008):

Hi there!

Lot's of books out there, but your OWN experiences are best. Have you put pen to paper and expressed your feelings? poetry etc! express your sadness, anger or whatever you feel. You have not explained your story why you have broken up, so i will just say....work on yourself esteem and know that you can rebuild your life and start over again. Be positive and believe in yourself no matter what happened or what you have come to believe about yourself, it could be a false sense of self that you have from this last relationship. Be true to yourself.
