 I think it is more likely that there are other psychological triggers involved. If you can get aroused and (I assume) have an orgasm, there doesn't seem to be something physically wrong.
Look for early childhood inappropriate experiences with sex, your previous experiences or anything that happened while having sex with your boyfriend. Do you fantasized about having sex with someone else? Did you enjoy sex with your bf? You might need help to sort this out. Good luck!
