 I actually asked an expert (another guy!) he says the more you think about it, the more nervous you'll be, so take it easy! If you're really serious about the girl then you'll be fine. Don't rush into anything just cos you want to lose your virginity!
Think about stuff that is likely to dampen the excitement. For example, think about a sport game or the weather!
