reader, anonymous, writes (29 April 2008): don't go there because if u travel in a flight is not better tell to the baby's father it's not ur or mine baby it's our baby the baby not only needs me it also need us so marrie me if he didn't tell anything about marriage take action as legal if i told any thing wrong don't mistake me

Yes you can travel to Dubai if you are 5 weeks pregnant but your situation is quite different than other women. You have mentioned in your question that"the father of my baby seems not interested to marry me and he is not willing to take any responsibilities" This could pose a big problem for you if you plan to deliver the baby here since you are not married. If the hospital informs you to the Authorities you will be in jail for a long time for having a baby out of an illegal relationship. Am sure you are aware that this is an Muslim country and thus such cases are frowned upon. Also if you are coming here for Employment and if your Employer comes to know that you are pregnant then you may not be welcome and will surely cancel your Visa and then you will get an app.1 year Ban from enetering the Country. Keep the above things in mind and then take an informed decision.

The laws over here are very strict regarding fathering a baby with an registered marraige. If the hospital reports you to the Authorities then you could land up in jail for along time. Also if you intend to come here for Employment and if he finds out about your pregnancy he will surely send you back and put an Ban on your visit for a Year.Keep all these things in mind and then take an informed decision
