If a guy is falling for you and you sleep with him quickly? That depends on the guy. Some guys will be less attracted to you. (which does not mean they won't sleep with you, it just means they won't see you as relationship material.) Other guys' feelings will not be affected.

In my experience most guys separate casual sex from emotions. There are always exceptions but they are rare. I wouldn't get your hopes up. Sometimes guys even lose respect for a lady if they have sex with them when they don't know them that well.
It all depends on the guy. They will let you know through their actions if they like you more or less. Though you have to be careful and watch for their actions (NOT words) so you can tell when a guy likes you or doesn't have a lot of respect for you and is just using you for sex.
