Are you free from STDs and HIV? Have you been tested? You don't want to risk passing any disease on to her (sorry if this offends you if you are already practising safe sex) NOR do you want to get her pregnant.
In any case, it sounds as if you want her only for sex, and not a relationship. She is within her rights to say "No" to you, and if she does, you have to respect her choice and not pressure her.
