 I agree with Annalisa. It sounds like you are fully ready to start another relationship. However, I wouldn't go as far as stating, 'you are in love with her'. True love is reserved for long, quality relationship that have been underway and built over a long period of time. But I will say, you are very infatuated with her and that is a great beginning. Make sure she isn't attached to someone else first...and ask her out. Good luck and have fun.

 Just be friends with her first or if you come on too strongly , she will run away from you. Find out where she hangs out everyday...
