As a Soldier, how can I help my pregnant girlfriend when I'm not there?

sxcbabiegal agony auntwrite to her ask her how things are going with the baby and ask your mates to look out for her and be there for her when your not ask if she can send you scans of the baby and make sure you don't miss out on anything !!!

Speak to her and ask her how the pregnancy is going. Tell her you are with her all the way. Speak to her a lot if possible. Ask her things about the baby, give her advice. Talk to her about when the baby is born, for example how you are going to be one happy family and will have an amazing baby. Get close to her, let her open up.

This is all you can do away from home.
