well, it is very normal to have an active sex drive, but yours seems to be bothering you quite a bit to be seeking advice for it. you may have already tried doing many of these things, but you might try taking a cold shower, maybe a nice long walk, distract your mind with things other than sex. if it bothers you so much that you don't want to be doing it, then don't do it. maybe reduce the times you seek pleasure gradually. you say you masturbate or have sex approx. 2-3 times a day. one day next week, force oyurself not to do it. then gradually add more days when you are not doing it.
it is normal to have a healthy sex drive, and if none of the advice here helps, you might try asking a health professional or counsellor. good luck :)
