 I used to have that same problem. Anxiety is a bog part of it. Remember to stay relaxed and immersed in the act. That means your brain is not thinking about ANYTHING, just focused on what's happening. Almost like you're "observing" your body. Sounds a little strange by try it out yourself and I bet it will make a HUGE difference.
