writes:I met this girl a little over a year ago.It was honestly instant love.We talked all the time,and slept together a few times(nothing sexual,just kissing,and cuddeling).but the problem was she was seeing this other guy.it went on like this,sneaking behind his back and hanging out,and i went back home to the states for summer,i didnt see her.then when i came back,things seemed to change.and they got worse later on,and now she says she still has feelings for me,but we never have time together,and rarely talk now.is she lying about loving me,just to have someone when hes not around,or is it still love?

 It Sounds like you may be a back up.
For the reason that she's sneaking behind the other guys back. That shows that he's more of the main boyfriend and you the second.
When it comes down to her sill loving you, it can be possiable. Because you have spent a great amount of time together in the beginning .
If you two continue to rarely talk to one another, she may not be taking you serious as a true boyfriend.
