Question - (3 December 2007) 2 Answers - (Newest, 4 December 2007)
A age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I don’t know who I can go to with this problem, so I’m here. I really like this girl and want to ask her out. But I just started wrestling which takes up most of my free time and when I’m done with practice I’m tiered and sore. I also get into a lot of fights which tends to make the people close to me worry. I can’t really just stop the fighting because that may get my loved ones hurt. I have very little free time which is mostly spent practicing for fights. I come to school with injuries many days. This girl seems to be the most worried of any one. Could this be because she likes me? My best friend was recently killed in a fight and I needed someone and she was there. She just held me as I cried. I feel I need revenge but I don’t want to make her worry any more. I kills me when she is concerned for me. I’ve never backed down before, but should I now? Every one expects me to go out and take out the guys who killed my friend but I don’t know if, mentally, I can fight like this any more. I’ve never felt like this before please does any one have any advise?

Ive decided to try to stop fighting but after practice today i was jumped and now have a broken arm. should i ask her out on an offical date now that i can't wrestle?

If anyone thinks this is a legitimate poster I will eat my hat. He's not going to "take out" the guys who "killed" his friend. Boy, I guess we are all getting pretty gullible if we believe this nonsense.

This person has been watching too many Charles Bronson movies I would say.

bqagirl2692 agony auntIm sorry to hear about your friend and how it must be unfair to lose a frienship over stupidity. Your smarter than that. Dont waste your time on those people who have caused the death of your friend. It wont make much of difference. You will only lower your standrads to theirs.I believe this girl really does care for you. Dont let her or yourself down. Let her know how you feel. Dont keep her worried. I have been in this situation before and trust me, ive spent nights worried what my happen. It really hurts to be worried for someone so much because you care for them and you try your hardest to protect them as much as possible. Be wise about the certain choices you make. Make higher standards for yourself.
