I don't know how bad your condition is or what the underlying cause is, BUT something natural and simple that has worked wonders for my skin is a basic face soap made with mastic. The mastic tree resin has antibacterial and antifungal properties, among other things.

I've had a lot of problems with acne as well and I know it's horrible and embarrassing, but there are definitely ways to sort it. I'm on a medication called tetracycline and it has worked wonders. It took about 6 weeks to work but now my skin is much clearer. I get the feeling from your question that you are rather impatient and that if something doesn't work within 2 days or so you give up. Skin does not heal that quickly; acne does not just magically vanish. Topical treatments (ones you put on your acne directly) take aaaages to work properly and usually make the problem worse at first. You should ask your doctor to put you on a course of tetracycline (big red and yellow pills that taste like feet but work wonders) and zineryt for topical application as together they should work brilliantly for you. Good luck with your skin and if it doesnt work within a week you need to keep it up because treatments will not work immediately!!!!!! xxxx

Hi, I have had the same problem, It started at an early age and It gradually got worse as I grew up. It did affect my confidence and made me very self-concious. I tried everything to get rid of them but they didn't go. Clearasil, facial scrubs, gels, creams you name it! However some products made my skin worst!

However a relative suggested that I went to the doctors to get them looked at. They sent me to a skin specialist clinic and they have put me on some tablets, which are taken daily. I've now been on them for over a year, and they are all gone! It's a slow process, but it has worked wonders! I am now feeling much more happy and confident!

Don't let them affect you, they will eventually go. Just don't pick them; or they will leave scars, cleanse daily and ensure that you see a skin specialist, and they will prescribe you with some medication which will be much more effective than over-the-counter remedies.

Hope this helped :)
